Located in Downtown New Orleans, the Four Seasons New Orleans Hotel & Private Residences is in the former World Trade Center, designed by the celebrated architect Edward Durell Stone and originally completed in 1968 to celebrate the city’s 250th anniversary. The property has 81 condominium residences ranging from one to three bedrooms, and a handful of penthouses on the top floors that showcase city views.
