ZERZA is seeking experienced talented, highly motivated Architectural Designers and Architectural Technicians with 4-8 years of professional experience to join our growing practice. Revit required. Experience with core and shell or aviation projects are a plus.

You may be a great candidate if you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have previously contributed to the design, production, and coordination of large-scale projects in Autodesk Revit/BIM 360. Qualified candidates will be working on high-profile aviation projects, with the potential to be embedded with the aviation project team in internationally renowned offices in Manhattan.

Requirements for this position include:

  •  A professional degree in architecture from an accredited institution in the US
  • A minimum of 4 years of proven project experience in the US
  • Experience with core and shell projects; technical details
  • Revit skills, worked on large-scale complex projects
  • Ability to develop creative design concepts and translate them into effective collaborative BIM Cloud environments.
  • Ability to collaborate with a large team that includes architects, engineers, consultants and a variety of stakeholders 
  • Ability to work on complex large-scale projects, to communicate clearly and provide technical solutions when required
  • A desire to work on the core and shell phase of a project.
  • Ability to work well in a team.

Sufficiency in the following programs is required:

  • Autodesk Revit 
  • Autodesk BIM 360
  • Autodesk AutoCAD
  • Rhinoceros 7
  • Bluebeam Revu 
  • Microsoft Office
  • Microsoft Teams
